- 1 medium marrow
- 1 egg
- 50 g cheese
- a clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp flour
- vegetable oil
- sour cream
- culinary plants
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Peel the marrow and grate it. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it. Grate cheese and squeeze the garlic. Combine the prepared ingredients. Add flour. Season the batter with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything properly.
Fry the pancakes on vegetable oil until golden crisp.
Chop the culinary plants and mix them with sour cream.
Serve the pancakes hot with the prepared sauce.
