- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 ml sour cream
- 250 g (1/2 lb) pork
- 20 g (1 tbsp) dairy butter
- 250 g (1/2 lb) vegetable mix
- black ground pepper – to taste
- fresh parsley – to taste
- salt – to taste
Fry vegetable mix on a frying pan slightly. Cut pork into medium pieces. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Preheat dairy butter and brown the pork pieces on both sides. Wrap the meat pieces in foil and place in an oven preheated beforehand. Leave the remaining oil in the pan. Add sour cream there. Cook it over low heat slightly. Add pepper, squeezed garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir to combine. Our cream sauce is done.
Arrange the pork and vegetables on a plate. Pour the dish with the prepared cream sauce and serve.
