Stir-Fried Pork with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 5-6 champignons
  • 1/2 tsp potato starch
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) pork
  • lemon juice – to taste

Cooking

Combine soy sauce and potato starch. Then add lemon juice and stir everything. Set aside the mixture for a while.

Wash pork and cut it into medium pieces. Wash a bell pepper and carrots. Peel carrots and slice them. Chop the bell pepper. Rinse champignons, peel and cut them thinly. Peel a bulb onion and dice it.

Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Combine all the ingredients and fry them until golden. Pour the prepared sauce above and stir the components. Cook the dish for several minutes more and serve.
