- 500 g of beef
- 3/4 tbsp of lard
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 of bulb onion
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 3/4 of glass of sour cream
- 300 g of fresh mushrooms/50 g of dried ones
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp of lard (to fry potato)
- 1/2 of glass of mushroom broth
- salt, pepper – to taste
- parsley – to taste
- dill – to taste
Cut beef into little pieces, salt and pepper them. Fry the beef and transfer in a deep stewing pan. Cut a carrot, parsley and an onion finely. Place the ingredients in the pan and pour mushroom broth above. Simmer the mass for half an hour.
Boil fresh or dried mushrooms and chop them.
Peel potatoes and dice them. Preheat lard and fry the potatoes. Place them in a spring form and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Arrange the prepared potato, stewed meat and mushrooms with fried onion in a pot. Pour the ingredients with sauce, strew them with chopped parsley and dill. Put the pot in an oven.
Fry flour until it gets golden color. Brown tomato paste and combine with the flour. Add some mushroom broth and the juice which emerged after meet stewing. Bring the mass to boil. Then add sour cream, boil the mass thoroughly and dress with pepper.

Tip! Serve the dish with pickled cucumbers! You will be surprised by a wonderful piquant taste of the combined ingredients.
