Shrimp salad

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of shrimps
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of green peas
  • 300 g of mayonnaise
  • parsley twigs – to taste
  • salt – to taste
  • lemon juice – to taste

Cooking

Boil shrimps and peel them thoroughly. Then sprinkle the shrimps with lemon juice a little. Boil potato and eggs, peel them and chop the ingredients. Add green peas and the cooked shrimps. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and stir everything thoroughly.

Decorate the salad with a slice of lemon and parsley twigs.
