- 2 bananas
- 1/2 mint twig
- 200 g (7 oz) strawberries
- honey – to taste
Wash strawberries and cut them in halves. Peel bananas and cube them. Rinse mint twigs. Combine all the ingredients in a blender jug. Add honey and whip the mixture until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and place in a fridge for some time. If you want to serve this drink immediately, you may add some ice cubes. Decorate the fruit smoothie with mint twigs before serving.
