Stuffed potato pancakes

Today we cook yummy stuffed potato pancakes. You can choose one filling and use it or stuff the pancakes with both fillings. Each of them is tasty and nourishing.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g (1,1 lb) potato
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp sand sugar
  • 2 tbsp dairy butter
  • salt – to taste
  • fresh dill/ parsley
  • sour cream

Filling

1 variant

  • 200 g (0,44 lb) carrot
  • 100 g (0,22 lb) rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp dairy butter
  • salt – to taste

2 variant

  • 200 g (0,44 lb) mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 3 tbsp sour cream

Cooking

Peel and grate potatoes. Add sugar, salt, milk and an egg. Stir the ingredients carefully. Preheat dairy butter in a frying pan and fry potato pancakes on both sides.

Now let’s cook the filling.

1 variant

Peel and slice carrots. Add dairy butter, salt and sugar. Mix and stew the mass. Then cool it a little. Boil rice and eggs. Peel the eggs and chop them. Toss all the ingredients together.

2 variant

Peel mushrooms. Then boil and chop them finely. Peel an onion and carrot. Slice the ingredients and fry them slightly. Add the mushrooms, sour cream and stew everything thoroughly.

Place one or another filling above the potato pancakes, roll them and brown the appetizer a little.

Serve the dish with fresh dill or parsley and sour cream.
