Radish salad

Ingredients: 500 g of radish 3 eggs 3/4 cups of sour cream 150 g of spring onion parsley - to taste salt – to taste Cooking Peel radishes, cut them in the form of a ring. Rinse and chop spring onion. Hard boil eggs, peel and dice them. Toss all ingredients together and mix them thoroughly. Dress the salad with sour cream and adjust salt. Top the salad with parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
