- 1.5 kg of apples
- 2 l (liter) of water
- 2 lemons
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 bottle of champagne
Peel apples, cut them finely, place in the pan and pour with boiled water. Add lemon juice, grated lemon zest (use half of a lemon) and sugar. Cover the pan and leave the beverage for 12 hours. Then mix everything properly, pour the drink in a glass pitcher and refrigerate it.
Pour chilled champagne in the pitcher, stir the mixture and the apple drink is done.

Tip! You can put a drinking straw in glasses or decorate them with a slice of a lemon/ an apple.
