The smoothie prepared to this recipe is packed with energy and nutrients. A lemon and orange load your immune system with vitamin C while kiwis are little green vitamin bombs. This recipe is a good example that a tasty drink can also be useful.
We will not use milk or yoghurt to allow fruit flavors to flourish. The slightly tangy taste of kiwi combined with citrus flavor of orange and lemon, makes this smoothie unbelievably tasty.
This low-fat fruit drink is worth trying.
- 2 kiwis
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1 cup of peach juice
- 3 tbsp chopped almonds
Peel kiwis and dice them. Wash an orange and a lemon. Peel and slice the fruits. Place the fruits in a blender. Add chopped almonds and peach juice. Whip all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into cups and serve immediately.
