Fruit and vegetable green smoothie

This smoothie with an apple, broccoli, and spinach can be served as for children as for adults. It is an ideal variant for those who go in for sports and lead healthy lifestyle.


  • 100 g (0,22 lb) broccoli
  • 70 g (0,15 lb) fresh spinach
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice


Flush broccoli and place it in a pan with boiling water. Salt the ingredients and boil the broccoli. Wash a carrot, peel and slice it. Cut apple into cubes. Take spinach and chop it. Combine the broccoli, carrot, apple, spinach and grapefruit juice in a blender. Whip the ingredients for 30 seconds. Drink smoothie at once. This smoothie is full of vitamins and microelements.
