Pan-fried Sausage with Garlic and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 parsley twig
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) sausage

Cooking

Cut sausage into circles. Preheat vegetable oil and fry the sausage there. Arrange the sausage on a serving plate. Peel garlic cloves and squeeze them. Rinse parsley and chop it. Top the dish with the garlic and parsley. Serve the sausage immediately.
