Carrot and cheese salad


  • 300 g (10 oz) carrot
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) sour cream
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Rinse, peel, and grate carrots. Then grate hard cheese. Peel and squeeze cloves of garlic. Toss all the ingredients together. Salt and pepper the salad. Dress the dish with sour cream. Transfer the salad to a bowl and serve it.
