Ham and potato appetizer


  • 400 g f of ham
  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 0.5 glass of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of rusks
  • sunflower oil


Cut ham finely. Peel, boil and cut potatoes into small cubes. Peel and chop a bulb onion, fry it on sunflower oil. When the onion gets a yellow color, transfer it to a baking tray. Add the cut potato and ham. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Pour sour cream and stir the ingredients thoroughly. Powder the dish with rusks, pour it with sunflower oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
