Milk kysil


  • 500 g of milk
  • 50 g of starch
  • 100 g of sugar
  • vanillin


Dissolve starch in cold water. Boil milk, add sugar, vanillin and starch. Mix the ingredients properly. Bring the mass to boil. Stir it continuously. Pour the kissel in dessert bowls/cups/glasses and put in a fridge until it thickens.

Serve with fruit juice.

Tip! You can powder kissel with grated chocolate.
