Meat stew with beans and pumpkin

Gladden your family with savoury and spicy stewed meat with vegetables. It is a good idea to serve the stew at dinner time while it is nourishing and healthy. Once cooked, this meat stew with pumpkin and beans will become one of your favorite dishes.


  • 300 g (0,66 lb) sausages
  • 30 g (0,07 lb) pork brisket
  • 400 g (0,88 lb) chicken shank
  • 50 g (0,11 lb) beans
  • 50 g (0,11 lb) green peas
  • 100 g (0,22 lb) pumpkin
  • 200 g (0,44 lb) broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 potatoes
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Rinse chicken shanks and rub them with salt and pepper. Fry the meat slightly and place it in a deep pan. Cut sausages into medium pieces and chop brisket pork. Fry the ingredients and add them to the pan.

Peel potatoes and dice them. Brown the potato a little and transfer to the pan. Then add tomato paste, broth, sugar and squeezed garlic. Stir everything thoroughly. Simmer the dish for 10-15 minutes. Peel and chop pumpkin. Place the pumpkin, beans and peas in the pan. Mix everything, bring the stew to boil and cook the ingredients for 5-10 minutes longer.
