Mushroom stuffed cutlets


  • 1 kg chicken meat
  • 0.5 glass of milk
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


  • 50 g dried mushrooms
  • 3 bulb onions
  • lard
  • salt – to taste


Mince the meat. Add salt, black ground pepper, and milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Soak the mushrooms in water and boil them. Cut them finely and mix the mushrooms with fried onion. Roll the minced meat into the thin layers. Place the stuffing above the each layer and shape the cutlets. Moisten the cutlets into the beaten egg, coat them in the breadcrumbs and fry the cutlets.
