Omelette with pork



  • 8 eggs
  • 500 g of pork
  • 1/3 glass of chicken broth
  • 1/3 glass of milk
  • salt – to taste


Take pork. Cut out the fat and sinews. Slice and fry meat. Beat the eggs, add salt, chicken broth and milk. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the mass on the strongly warmed frying pan. Add pork and fry.
