Semolina pancakes


  • 3/4 cups of semolina
  • 3 cups of sour milk
  • 3/4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tsp of sugar


Bring 1 cup of milk to boil, add semolina, 1/2 tbsp of dairy butter and boil the mass. Then cool it. Next add wheat flour, 2 cups of milk, eggs, 1/2 tbsp of dairy butter, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and fry pancakes on a frying pan. Serve the pancakes hot.
