- 4 dill twigs
- 6 tbsp cream
- 2 bulb onions
- 5 parsley twigs
- 2 scallion bulbs
- 400 g (14 oz) potato
- 1/2 l (liter) meat broth
- 150 g (5 oz) crab meat
- 30 g (1 oz) dairy butter
- white ground pepper – to taste
- ground nutmeg – to taste
- salt – to taste
Peel bulb onions and scallion bulbs. Cut them into thin circles. Sauté the ingredients until they are translucent. Peel potatoes and dice them. Preheat meat broth and add the potatoes. Boil them until done.
Boil crab meat separately. Add the crab meat and the prepared onions to the soup. Pour cream above. Stir everything carefully. Add washed and chopped dill and parsley. Adjust, salt, white ground pepper, and nutmeg to your taste. Mix the ingredients and cook until done.
