- 1 jar of pickled champignons
- 250 g meat
- 200 g carrot
- 200 g hard cheese
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1-2 pickled cucumbers
- bunch onion
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Take a salad bowl. Put foil on the bottom of the salad bowl and grease the edges with sunflower oil. Place champignons upside down in the bowl. Chop onion, dill and parsley. Add them to the mushrooms.
Peel and boil potatoes. Cut them and mix with mayonnaise and salt. Place potato in the bowl and add chopped cucumbers.
Boil and chop meat. Add salt and pepper and form the next layer of the salad. Then add boiled and chopped carrot mixed with mayonnaise. Then put grated cheese.
Place salad in the fridge for 2 hours. Turn it over on a plate before serving.
