This amazing pickled mushroom and tomato salad has a savory and bright taste. Try and see for yourself.
- 1/2 glass of pickled mushrooms (ceps or slippery jack)
- 1/2 glass of red beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 sweet peppers
- vegetable oil – to taste
- salt – to taste
Wash tomatoes, dry and dice them. Wash and peel sweet peppers, then slice them. Wash and cut dill. Pour water in a pan and boil red beans. Mix the prepared ingredients, add cut mushrooms. Season the salad with vegetable oil, add salt to taste.
