“Hot plate” – Ukrainian meat recipe


This recipe for baked chicken, potato, tomato, and champignons will come you in handy if you want to cook something nourishing and appetizing for your family.


  • 400 g (14 oz) chicken fillet
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) cheese
  • 5 champignons
  • 1 tomato
  • mayonnaise – to taste
  • seasoning – to taste
  • dairy butter


Cut chicken fillet into thin slices. Peel potatoes and cut them into circles. Combine the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise and seasoning. Mix everything properly and let the mass marinade.

Cut the tomatoes into semi-circles. Peel the champignons and slice them.

Grease a baking sheet with dairy butter. Place the potato and the fillet there. Next put the prepared tomatoes and champignons. Cover the dish with grated cheese.

Place the springform in an oven and bake the ingredients for 40-50 minutes. Then place the dish on a clay plate and serve.
