These baked pork cutlets with nutmeg are divinely tasty and incredibly healthy. The baked tender pork in combination with nutmeg gives a wonderful aftertaste which you will definitely enjoy.
- 700 g (1,54 lb) minced meat (pork)
- 2 bulb onions
- 2 chicken eggs
- 3 potatoes
- 4-5 tbsp flour
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- vegetable oil (for greasing)
- salt – to taste
- dill – to taste
Peel bulb onions, cut them in half and then mince or grate the onion. Combine minced meat and the onion mixture.
Peel potatoes and then grate them. Add the potatoes to the minced meat. Next add salt and chopped dill. Stir the ingredients carefully. The mass should get a homogeneous consistency. Froth eggs and combine them with ground nutmeg. Toss all the ingredients together and mix them properly again.
Form little balls. Crumb noisettes with flour. Grease a roasting pan with vegetable oil and top it with breadcrumbs. Place the meat balls there and pour 6-9 tbsp of water in the pan. Cover the appetizer with foil and bake it at 180°C (356°F).
Then arrange the noisettes into a serving plate and serve them with garnish or a vegetable salad.
