Cutlets “Smile”



  • 600 g of beef
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tbsp of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 2.5 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • broth
  • salt – to taste


Peel bulb onion and cut it. Mince meat and onion through the meat chopper with fine grating. Add boiled rice, egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix the mass thoroughly and form the cutlets.


Fry grated onion on the butter slightly, add grated carrot. Put browned flour and tomato sauce. Mix the ingredients and dissolve them with broth. The sauce should not be very thick. Pour cutlets in it and stew them over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
