Oven-roasted fish and mushrooms


  • 500 g of fish
  • 100 g of dried mushrooms
  • 300 g of bulb onion
  • 30 g of flour
  • 200 g of sunflower oil
  • chopped fresh dill – to taste
  • pepper– to taste
  • salt – to taste


Scale fish, cut it into rather big pieces and fry. Wash and boil dried mushrooms.

Peel bulb onions, cut them finely and fry until golden. Add flour, pepper and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Tranfer the fish to a pot. Place the prepared onion and mushrooms above. Stew the mass in an oven for 1 hour. Put the ingredients in a plate and top them with fresh dill before serving.

Tip! You can serve the fish with boiled potatoes.
