Fried pork with vegetables

If you try to follow dietary guidelines, then you need to take advantage of vegetables. Such products are very rich for vitamins, micro nutrients, and other important content. Use potatoes, onion, tomatoes, beans, and other vegetables in your dish and become more healthy! And traditional Ukrainian cuisine will help you in such intention.

But who is the best partner for vegetables? Of course, you need to add meat in your dish. Ukrainian cuisine often uses pork as a main course and in combination with other ingredients. The mix of juicy vegetables and fried pork means the perfect taste and staves off hunger for a long time. Such dish is not only useful for your body, but also looks really beautiful in presentation with special pan.


  • 500 g of pork
  • 800 g of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 string beans
  • 2 glasses of broth
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Cut meat into small pieces. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry pork until it gets a light brown color. Salt and pepper the meat and leave it on a plate. Fry sliced onions (in the form of a ring) and cut potatoes on the same fat which you used for the pork.

Put potatoes and onion in the pan and pour them with broth. Wait until broth boils. Place pork in the pan, add sliced string beans and cut tomatoes.

Cover the pan with foil and stew the pork in an oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
