- 500 g apricots
- 250 g hazelnut kernels
- 3 glasses of fruit / berry juice
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp sugar
Pour over gelatin with some juice and leave the mixture till the gelatin granules swell. Then bring to boil the left juice. Add sugar and gelatin. Cook the ingredients till they dissolve (do not bring them to boil again).
Cut apricots in half. Remove the stones and place hazelnut instead of them. Place the apricots in silicone jelly moulds. Pour them with jelly and place in a fridge.

Tip! If you don’t have fresh apricots, you can use the pickled ones.
