- 90 g of gooseberries
- 600 g of water
- 90 g of sugar syrup
- 30 g of starch
Wash gooseberries, place them in a pan and pour boiling water above. Dissolve sugar in hot water and pour the mixture to the pan. When the berries become soft, dissolve starch in cold water and add it. Boil kissel, stirring it slowly.
Transfer the cooked kissel to dessert bowls and place in a fridge until it thickens.
