Vegetable and sheep cheese salad (Odessa recipe)

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves  – to taste
  • cucumber – to taste
  • tomato – to taste
  • sheep cheese – to taste
  • red sweet pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • vinegar – to taste

Cooking

Rinse and dry vegetables. Wash lettuce leaves and tear them into medium pieces. Do not cut lettuce leaves with a knife. In that case they will lose all vitamins. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into circles. Dice sheep cheese and slice red sweet peppers. Toss all the ingredients together. Season the salad with vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything properly.
