- 500 g (1,1 lb) of short ribs (beef)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp green peas
- 5tbsp adjika sauce
- a medium clove of garlic
- sunflower oil (for frying)
- fresh bell peppers
Cut short ribs into stripes 15 – 20 cm. Grease them with adjika sauce and fry on sunflower oil till golden. Place the short ribs in a pan, pour them with 1/2 glass of water and stew the beef for 15 minutes. Transfer the meat to the plate. Remove the bones.
Boil, peel and chop eggs. Peel and squeeze garlic. Combine the eggs, garlic, and green peas. Mix everything. Stuff the short ribs with the prepared mass and brown them in a frying pan for 2 minutes. Serve the dish hot with sliced bell peppers and cut lettuce.
