Tuna and quail egg salad

If you want to enjoy a light and delicious fish salad, then stay with us. Today we will cook a really healthy salad with lot of components which give the salad an unforgettable taste in combination with each other. In addition the tinned tuna preserves health properties. Just try this tuna and quail egg salad and it will become one of your favorite ones.


  • 2 cups green beans
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 7 quail eggs
  • 14 champignons
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (6%)
  • salt – to taste


Bring water to boil in a pan (don’t salt it). Add green beans and boil them. Set the beans aside. Rinse and chop champignons finely. Boil them separately from the beans.

Boil the quail eggs in the boiling water for 60 seconds (you should get hard boiled eggs). Cool the eggs and peel them.

Wash and chop the vegetables finely. Toss them in a salad bowl. Add the eggs cut in half, green beans and mushrooms. Place the tuna on a plate and shred it.

Combine orange and lemon juice, vinegar, corn and olive oil. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Season the salad with salt and dress it with the prepared seasoning. Toss everything carefully. Transfer the salad to a serving plate and treat.
