Ukrainian omelette with ham and vegetables


  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g of potato
  • 65 g of ham (low fat)
  • 25 g of string beans
  • 10 g of dairy butter
  • 10 g of hard cheese
  • 1/2 red pepper – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Whip eggs. Boil potatoes, peel them and cut into cubes. Cut ham into little pieces, combine with the prepared potato and boiled string beans. Dress the ingredients with melted butter. Season them with salt and pepper. Stir in the eggs. Stir everything thoroughly. Pour the mass to a skillet and fry both sides of the omelette. At the end of frying add sliced sweet pepper and grated cheese.
