Miniature Kyiv cutlets



  • 2 chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 25 g dairy butter
  • flour
  • milk
  • culinary plants (parsley and dill)


Wash chicken wings and remove bones from them. Beat the chicken meat. Add salt and pepper.

Mix dairy butter with chopped dill and parsley. Taste and adjust salt to your liking. Form “balls” from the prepared mixture and place them in a fridge. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with milk.

Stick the bone in the piece of butter. Roll the chicken meat above it. Make the same procedure with the other ingredients.

Dredge the cutlets, then pour them with the egg mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets in fat and then bake them in the preheated oven.
