- 1 bulb onion
- 300 g of chicken sirloin
- 500 g of fresh ceps
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- lettuce leaves – to taste
- salt – to taste
Boil chicken sirloin in salted water, cool and dice it. Wash ceps, peel them and boil in salted water. Then slice the mushrooms. Boil eggs, peel them and separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks. Cut the whites of the egg finely. Peel a bulb onion and chop it finely. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Dress it mayonnaise.
Arrange lettuce in a bowl and put the salad above.

Tip! If you don’t eat mayonnaise, then dress the salad with vegetable oil or sour cream.
