- 250 g rabbit
- 1 bulb onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 tbsp of semolina
- 3 tomatoes
- dairy butter
- parsley - to taste
- celery - to taste
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper– to taste
Rinse rabbit, cut it into pieces and transfer to a pan. Pour cold water above. Bring the water to boil. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
Wash a carrot, celery and parsley. Grate the carrot. Chop celery and parsley finely. Peel a bulb onion and cut it. Add the prepared ingredients to the pan. Stir everything and cook the soup for 25 minutes.
Wash tomatoes and slice them thinly. Add the tomato to the soup and continue to boil the soup until the meat is cooked through.
Then filter the boiled broth. Fry semolina on dairy butter slightly and add it to the soup. Mix the soup ingredients and serve.
