Cook a spicy vegetable salad and enjoy crispy veggies seasoned with chili pepper. The salad is light and noncaloric.
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 tsp chopped chili pepper
- 2 bulb onions
- 100 g (0,22 lb) sunflower oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 apple
- vegetable oil
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Peel carrots and cut them into thin slices. Chop a head of cabbage. Combine the carrots, cabbage, salt, black pepper and chili pepper. Mix everything carefully.
Peel bulb onions and cut them into semi-circles. Fry the onion till golden color and add to the salad. Peel and squeeze garlic. Peel and grate an apple. Toss all the ingredients together. Season the salad with vegetable oil.
