Tomato appetizer


  • 3 big tomatoes
  • 1 big bulb onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of ground black pepper
  • sunflower oil – to taste


Cut tomatoes into junks. You can slice one tomato into 4 parts. Then cut a bulb onion into semicircles. Peel cloves of garlic and squeeze them.

Combine the ingredients in layers. First put the tomatoes and the bulb onion in a salad bowl. Combine salt, sugar, pepper and garlic. Top the salad with the prepared mass. Next pour everything with wine vinegar and sunflower oil. Leave the salad for 30-30 minutes and let it marinade.

Mix the appetizer before serving.
