Salad “Holiday”


  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g of prunes (without stones)
  • 150 g of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 150 g of chicken liver
  • salt – to taste


Wash prunes and pour them with boiling water. Peel garlic, squeeze it and combine with sour cream. Peel, chop and fry walnuts. Combine them with the prepared garlic. Stuff the prunes with cooked filling.

Boil eggs and peel them. Separate whites of the egg from yolks. Boil liver, slice it and combine with the grated yolks, mayonnaise and salt – mix everything properly. Then top the salad with stuffed prunes and a nut.
