Salad “royal”



  • 200 g calamari (quick-frozen)
  • 100 g red caviar
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1 potato
  • 1-2 eggs
  • a bay leaf
  • mayonnaise – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Boil calamari. Peel and slice them. Boil potato and eggs. Then cool, peel and grate them. Grate the piece of hard cheese. Form the salad in layers: 1 – calamari, 2 – potato, 3 – eggs, 4 – cheese, 5 – caviar. Grease each layer with mayonnaise except the one with red caviar. It is better to shape the salad in the form of an orange. It is an easy, quick and appetizing way. Decorate the salad with a bay leaf.
