Cheese and sprats rosettes


  • 300 g of hard cheese
  • 200 g of processed cheese
  • tin of sprats
  • 75 g of dairy butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 1 lemon
  • lettuce leaves – to taste
  • parsley – to taste


Cut hard cheese into circles (the breadth of each circle is 0.5 cm). Slice sprats and then grind them with dairy butter to get a homogenous mass. Next add processed cheese and mix everything properly.

Take one piece of the hard cheese and spread the prepared mass above, take another piece of the hard cheese, grease it with the mass and put above. Top the appetizer with some slices of a pickled cucumber and a parsley twig.

Place lettuce on a plate, arrange the cooked rosettes above.

Tip! To impart a piquant flavor to the appetizer add some lemon slices.
