- 3 potatoes
- 1 red onion bulb
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 pickled herring
- lettuce leaves
- 200 g rye bread
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp of mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1,5 tbsp lemon juice
- salt – to taste
Wash potatoes carefully. Pour them with water and boil. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces. Cut off the bread crust and cube the rye bread. Peel garlic and cut it finely. Sprinkle the pieces of bread with 1 tbsp of olive oil mixed with garlic.
Dredge the baking sheet with salt. Place the prepared ingredients there. Cook the baked slices of bread in an oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Cool the baked bread.
Peel a bulb onion and cut it into semi-circles. Wash tomatoes and cut them into 4 parts. Wash lettuce leaves and cut them into thin strips.
Scale the herring. Cut the fish into pieces 1 cm breadth each.
Combine 5 tbsp of olive oil with honey, mustard and lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Dress the salad with the prepared sauce and serve it.
